Trained professionally as a chef, Arthur has over 30 years of culinary experience. Bringing in 11 years of successfully serving unique seafood options to Tequesta locals, as he was not only one of Hogsnappers’ owners, but also one of the focal visionaries behind this innovative new concept. While Hogsnappers has continued operating alongside the same menu that was developed by Arthur, he brings in a refreshing new menu to Hooked that offers delicious creativity.
